Our new e-mail system allows owner operators, lessors, and company drivers to receive their settlements, statements, and/or re-cap by e-mail. This new system includes access to the same documents we typically send out each week. We default to sending these in a friendly Adobe format. If you prefer, you can receive these in TIF, JPG, or as an archive. We have the ability to password protect these documents if you select ZIP or RAR archive format. The OSDATA attachment has been retired.

To set yourself up in this system you need to have an e-mail address, you must know your QualComm payroll PIN, and you must have your social security number. If you run under an LLC, you will need the federal tax identification number handy, also known as the EIN.

Be sure to set yourself up as an OWNER, unless you are a company driver. Only as an owner will you receive the entire settlement package.

There is no additional charge for setting this up. To obtain full benefit from this system, you must be setup for the Operating Statement. If you are already paying for Operating Statements, you will receive the entire settlement package by e-mail. If you are not, you will receive the Settlement page only. By default you will no longer receive printed copies. You can change that option when you set yourself up.

The new system allows you to easily resend previous weeks e-mailing to yourself.
